250 g of flour 125 g of butter 15 cl of Pommel or Calvados 1 c. of sugar 1 pinch of salt 3 or 4 apples golden1 cluster of currant for the deco
Cooking recipe preparation instructions
– First of all, take off the butter from refrigerator one day before you start preparing the apple pie. Take a bowl and pour some flour and add butter and cut into pieces. Now add the salt and sugar and mix until you obtain thick dough. Set the dough in refrigerator and let it cool for few minutes. In the meanwhile, peel the apples and slice them into fine pieces. This is the time to take the dough out from refrigerator and spin it very slim. Now, take a baking sheet and place the rolls and cover using sulphurized paper. Take apple slices and place on the prepared dough and bake in oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees F. make sure that the apple slices are overlapping the dough slightly. Now, take a cassolette pan and heat some alcohol. Take off the tart after 15 minutes and place it on serving dish. Your apple pie is prepared but do not forget to garnish it. Decorate with red currant’s small branch by placing it in the middle of the serving dish. Lastly, pour the heated alcohol over it and flambé. This is an easy recipe, just followed the procedure and it was piece of cake or a piece of pie. Making this dessert was effortless, I tried other recipes relevant to this and I was shocked of the output because it was as presentable as the picture above.
