Cooking Recipe Ingredients

1/4 lb. cooked ham cut into julienne (thin, long slices), 1/2 cup cream, ½ lb. green taglierini (see below), béchamel sauce (white sauce), grated parmesan cheese Taglierini: 2.2 lbs. flour, 1/2 lb. spinach blanched and finely ground, 3 or 4 eggs (depending on the amount of juice from the spinach), 1 tablespoon NAME OF INGREDIENT MISSING

Mix all the ingredients such as cooked ham, green taglierini, grated cheese and béchamel sauce and parmesan cheese together in order to obtain dough for pasta. Now knead it for 5 minutes till the time you obtain smooth, homogenous dough. Allow it to rest for around 2 hours in plastic sheet or bag. With help of pasta making device, spread the prepared dough into equal sizes while maintaining an optimal thickness of 1/10inches. After this cut it into fine pieces and then leave it aside to dry. Now place the dough into machine again and cut it into pieces of taglierini. Now spread this taglierini on piece of cloth and cover it with plastic sheet in order to keep it moist. After this place some amount of butter in a copper pan and place ham into it and allow it to get brown. Now add cream to it and reduce it. Meanwhile, take one large size saucepan and cook pasta in it along with some amount of salted water. Carry on this step till the time it is done. Now drain it and mix cream, pasta and ham and place this entire mixture into an oven proof dish. Now cover it well with béchamel sauce. Finally, sprinkle grated parmesan over it and bake it in oven till you obtains freshly prepared au gratin. Serve your dish.
