1 garlic head, 1 large onion, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon duck grease, 3 eggs, vinegar, salt, pepper
Let’s enjoy an incredible experience of Cooking Tourrain Blanchi, a traditional bouillon. First of all, peel the onion and garlic gently. Now, cook them both in duck grease, remember it need not to be browned like other recipes. Sprinkle it with flour without browning and use boiling water to cover the mixture. Stir the mixture well and allow baking for about 1 hour. Now take some eggs and separate the yolks in a bowl from the whites. Season the so collected yolks with vinegar, one tablespoon is enough but you can make changes according to your taste. If you want to enjoy quite sour taste, add 2 tablespoons vinegar. Stir the mixture well before adding some bouillon. Add the entire bouillon and mix well until you are prepared with a thick paste.
