Let’s start with cooking Sautéed Shrimps, a truly scrumptious recipe which takes only 20 to 30 minutes. First, place some flour on a plate and season it using a good amount of pepper and salt. Now, mix it using a fork but make sure that you mix it very well or evenly. This is the time to scour the shrimp in the flour that is already seasoned and coat from all the sides. Take a pan with heavy bottom and heat some oil and butter over medium heat. Heat it until the butter stops bubbling and start changing color for turning into light brown. Now, add shrimp and sauté it for about 5 minutes until it becomes firm and crispy from the outside coating. Remove it and place on a plate and set aside, but make sure to cover the plate properly in order to keep it warm. Place the pan back on the medium heat and add shallots and garlic. Cook and mix them and cook for about 1 minute in order to obtain a thick outcome. Now, place the shrimp in the pan and properly coat with lemon sauce. Your dish is ready but garnishing is as important as cooking. First season your dish with pepper and salt and then garnish using chopped parsley. Serve it hot.
