Mousse au chocolat:
- 3.5 oz. bitter chocolate
- 0.35 oz. non-sugared cocoa powder
- 2.1 oz. molten butter
- 7 egg yolks
Coffee sauce:
- 1 flat tbsp. spoon instant coffee powder
- 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 0.85 cups liquid cream
- 2.8 oz. granulated sugar
- 7 egg whites
- 0.28 lbs. granulated sugar
For the ending:
- Sugar
- ocoa powder
Bitter chocolate sherbet:
- 1.48 cups water
- 0.28 lbs. granulated sugar
- 0.55 lbs. bitter chocolate
Chocolate sauce:
- 0.63 cups milk
- 3.5 oz. hacked bitter chocolate
Cooking Molten Chocolate Delicacies and Bitter Chocolate Sherbet is very easy, let’s start with this delicious journey. First prepare Mousse au chocolate. Melt bitter chocolate (3.5oz) using a bain-marie and add molten butter and cocoa. Beat some egg yolks and add sugar. Similarly, beat egg whites with sugar (0.28oz). Mix well these 3 preparations using a spatula and keep mixing until it smoothens. Set aside to freeze for 1 hour. Now coming to the chocolate sauce, boil milk (0.63 cups) and pour on the chopped bitter chocolate. Stir the mixture using wooden spatula and set it aside. Now, take dessert bowls (4) and fill them with chocolate mousse to 3/4th. Let it cook for about 20 minutes in the oven at temperature of 356°F. Set aside to cool and remove the chocolate mousses from bowls and immediately put them in other bowls (freshly buttered). Now, empty the mousse’s center using a spoon, just like digging a small hole. Fill this hole with delicious chocolate sauce and store in the freezer for 30 minutes. Cover the stuff using remaining mousse. Take the dish out of freezer and it is ready to be consumed.
