Cooking Recipe Ingredients

8 eggs, 3 1/2 oz. butter, 1 pint red wine, 4 carrots, 2 chopped shallots, 1 glass wine vinegar, salt, pepper, chopped chives, 4 onions, 1/4 lb. salted bacon

1 – Mince onions and crystallize them in butter till the time a thick mixture is obtained. Set aside and strain. 2 – Flambé wine and reduce it by placing shallots in process of reduction. Reduce half of it again. 3 - In salty water, cook carrots for 30minutes and after it drain them and form of puree. Mix red wine in this puree. Add salt and pepper to it and keep it aside. 4 – Heat vinegar with 2 pints of water and break eggs in saucer, so as to collect egg yolk. Place these eggs in vinegar water and cook for almost 3 minutes till it boils. Make sure that there is enough amount of water and vinegar so that eggs do not explode up after drying. 5 – Now take out these eggs and dry them on a piece of linen. 6 – Cut bacon that has been salted into square shape and sauté and place them in concave dish. 7 – Place eggs on a plate and put chopped onions over them along with chopped chives. What a great way to start your day with, a yummy breakfast. I went ahead and modified it a little, though, i excluded the bacon because it is not so healthy.
